Come play, stretch, and learn meditation with us!

Our club will have regular meditation and yoga sessions on campus. During this time we will do relaxing yoga, guided meditation, silent meditation, sharing our experience of meditation and personal development, and open movement where everyone gets a chance to be the leader! We will also do mindfulness-based hikes, group meals, and off-campus events. Although our club focuses on students, anyone can become a member!
