Zoom Meditation & Yoga Practice

We know it can be difficult to connect with peers in this new world of social distancing, MYC is here to help. We offer weekly Zoom sessions where we create an inclusive space for students to express who you are. Each session we work to embody the best versions of ourselves with about 15 minutes of icebreakers, 45 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes of meditation, and some time for sharing in between.
