About this Event
SOU Weight Lifting Club would like to invite you to our weekly time of connection and movement. Finals are approaching, and we are honored to offer you a space where you can relieve stress through movement, meditation, and connection with others! Weight Lifting Club is focused on all-around wellness, rather than performance or aesthetics. We stretch, do yoga, learn proper form for essential exercises, meditate, and much more. We encourage you to branch out and give our club a try!
