A highly respected Italian pianist dedicated to promoting new works, Pierluigi’s innovative interpretations have gained him critical acclaim in concert venues across Europe and beyond.  Performing both as a soloist and chamber musician with international orchestras, his performances focus on unique repertoires and collaborations with renowned soloists and conductors. A professor at the Piccinni National Conservatory of Bari since 1973, he has mentored emerging international talents and recorded for labels such as Farelive, Abegg, and Bongiovanni. Additionally, he has served as Artistic Director of the Castellana Grotte Auditorium, the Talos Jazz Festival, and the Camerata Musicale Salentina, while also teaching masterclasses at universities and conservatories worldwide.
