The entire SOU community is invited to participate in the SOU + Mt. Ashland Day of Service on September 24th, 2022!

Students, staff, faculty, alumni, and family and friends will join together for a day of stewardship to care for the slopes and buildings of our local nonprofit Mt. Ashland Ski Area! A variety of project work will be available for volunteers of all abilities and interests on this mountain clean-up day!
Check out the schedule:
9am - volunteer check-in outside The Hawk on Wightman Ave (those taking the SOU Bus)
9:45 - check-in at Mt. Ashland Ski Area Lodge (arriving independently)
10am to 1pm - Service work
1-2pm - Lunch and celebration at the Mt. Ashland Lodge
2pm - Buses depart Mt. Ashland, return to SOU by 3pm

All volunteers will receive lunch, transportation to and from the site, and a sweet “Raiders Volunteer” t-shirt! Mount Ashland will also be giving away coupons and other mountain swag!
