A Sweet Summer Harvest from Our Farm to Your Table!

Our SOU Student Farmers and hardworking bees have had a busy summer, and the reward is a bumper harvest of honey. Each jar is a direct result of their dedication. Thank you for supporting The Farm at SOU!

• Spring Honey: A true taste of spring, with light floral notes and a hint of passion fruit. This limited-quantity honey is unfiltered and raw, with bits of natural, edible beeswax.

• Summer Honey: Experience the rich, golden color of our late summer honey, offering notes of fig and apple with a subtle medicinal tang. Harvested on August 27, 2025, this raw, unfiltered honey is packed with the enzymes, minerals, and vitamins found in darker honey, perfect for supporting your immune system.

• Honeycomb Chunks: Enjoy honey in its purest form. These 100% edible honeycomb chunks from our summer harvest are "right out of the hive" and ready to be enjoyed.
