Come to this amazing trip to Shasta Abbey for a weekend of fun, spiritual growth, and community connection! We will be traveling together to Mt Shasta, taking a guided meditation and tour from the monastery, camping in a remote wilderness area, and offering Mt Biking and other exercise options for those who like!
