The Oregon Students of Color Conference (OSCC) provides a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for students of color from universities and colleges all over Oregon. It is a free 3-day forum that focuses on education around social and political inequalities where over 280 students of color attend. OSCC also provides around a dozen closed-spaces for students who self-identify with any form of selfhood. There is a Black Causcus, Asian Caucus, Trans & Queer PoC Caucus, Latinx/Chicanx/Mestizx Caucus, Biracial/Multi-ethnic Caucus, Undocumented Caucus, Women of Color Cuacus, People with Disabilities Caucus and so much more. Students will get to interact with community organizations and hear from keynote speakers who have created real change in society. This amazing opportunity comes with free transportation, free meals, a nice place to stay and the opportunity to network with students of color all over Oregon. This annual event will be held November 8th-10th at Lane Community College.
