In-Person Meditation & Yoga Practice

We know it can be difficult to connect with peers in this new world of social distancing so MYC is offering free weekly COVID-safe, in-person sessions! We strive to create an inclusive space for the SOU community to express who you are. Each session we do about 15 minutes of icebreakers, 45 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes of meditation, and some time for sharing in between. Bringing your own yoga mat is recommended but not required. If inclimate weather or if you can't make the drive, it will also be hosted on zoom here -
