High School Honor Choir Concert

The SOU Honor Choir Festival is an annual unique musical experience for high school music students across Southern Oregon. The program was inspired by the idea of giving students a sampling of what auditioning, studying, and performing music is like at SOU. Similar festivals are offered to high school band and percussion students each year at SOU.

Previous years' concerts have featured the top music students representing more than a dozen local high schools, including Ashland,Crater, Grants Pass, Hidden Valley, Illinois Valley, North and South Medford, and Phoenix High Schools.

Students who participate in the Honor Choir festival will have the opportunity to perform a free concert for family, friends, and the SOU Community a - a culmination of their day long experience. Directed by Dr. Jerron Jorgensen.
