Guest Speaker: President Bailey

Our guest speaker, Dr Richard J Bailey Jr, is the President of Southern Oregon University.

President Bailey has a background in cyber power and cyber strategy, with multiple publications on both of these topics. He has previously worked at the US Air Force's Air University as a Professor of Strategy and Security Studies, where he was the course director for Information, Cyberspace and Cyber Power.

President Bailey will be speaking to our club about his perspective on cybersecurity.
