Celebrate with us the Ashland-Guanajuato educational exchange and student oportunity!

From 5:30 to 10 p.m. May 9 at the SOU Stevenson Union Rogue River Room, join University of Guanajuato, The Amigo Club of Ashland, community leaders, and SOU members to celebrate the Ashland-Guanajuato sister‑city relationship.

Guests will enjoy a silent auction, local wine and beer, and a sumptuous buffet featuring:

• Artisan cheese and fruit boards
• Mediterranean dip trio
• Mini chicken tinga tostaditas
• Empanadas with chimichurri crema
• Roasted herb chicken, honey‑citrus salmon and wild mushroom and spinach lasagna
• Seasonal vegetables, baby potatoes, rice pilaf and mixed green salad
• Chocolate mousse brownie bites and mini upside‑down cakes

The evening will conclude with DJ music and dancing, celebrating 57 years of friendship between Ashland and Guanajuato.
