Happy finals week, Raiders! 

SOU Weight Lifting and Wellness Club would like to invite you to de-stress and reconnect to yourself during your draining week of finals. We will be meeting Tuesday through Thursday (6/7-6/9) at 3:30pm in the Dance Studio located in the Student Recreation Center. We invite you to engage in a slow, calm, beginner-friendly yoga session, followed by an accessible guided meditation practice. 

Feel free to invite your friends, and we hope to see you there!
