Finals Daily Yoga + Meditation

Weight Lifting Club would like to invite you to a time of calm, connection, and de-stressing each day of Finals Week. We hope you will join us at the end of your long days of finals to de-stress, re-center, and re-connect with yourself so that you are prepared for whatever the next day entails. Our yoga and meditation sessions will be held Monday through Thursday at 7:00p.m. in the Dance Studio in the Student Recreation Center.
