Randy Sparks | Digital Marketing Supervisor
Randy Sparks has worked at Lithia Motors, Inc. for nearly a decade and is currently the Digital Marketing Supervisor. In his role, he helps correlate the needs of over 180 stores across 18 states, to vendor and platform solutions, while optimizing the company’s $100 million advertisement budget to help increase car sales and service.
Before Lithia, Randy briefly tried his hand at retirement, after having spent 28 years at the US Postal Service in delivery, employee training, industrial engineering and management. In his spare time, the husband of 39 years, father of five sons and grandfather of two, enjoys RVing and sailing and is a self-proclaimed news junkie and foodie.

Oscar Castro, Vice President, E-Commerce, Harry & David, is responsible for enhancing the digital customer experience and driving e-commerce revenue for Harry & David, part of the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. family. Since joining the company in 2017, Oscar has led efforts to develop digital capabilities, drive cross-channel integration and deliver an enhanced shopping experience to customers. Prior to this role, Oscar led e-commerce initiatives at Big Lots, Sears and Kmart.

Todd Bushman | Senior Digital Sales Manager
Todd Bushman has been in digital marketing for over 20 years. With a degree in Graphic Design, Todd started his career as a graphic designer. He moved into focusing on web design and then expanded into email marketing. Over the past fourteen years, Todd has managed a variety of teams including Catalog Production, Web Development and Web and Email Design. He is now the Senior Digital Sales Manager at Fire Mountain Gems and Beads overseeing Email, UX Design and Development, Digital Merchandising and Search Engine Marketing. His passion is delivering compelling marketing messages and experiences that engage the user.
