Tonya Sowles is the CEO and founder of Sowles Consulting, with over 25 years of experience in
business management, particularly in helping small businesses thrive by building engaged and
loyal teams. Her career is a testament to hard work, dedication, and the power of creating the
right environment for success.
Tonya’s educational journey began graduating from South Medford High School, then continued
to her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the Univeristy of Idaho. After
20 years in the workforce she returned to Indiana Weslyan University to earn a Master’s in
Business Administration in a fully remote degree program. As a Senior Certified Professional
through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a certified speaker and
facilitator, she has developed a reputation for helping businesses maximize their people,
productivity, and profitability.
Throughout her career, Tonya has managed multi-million-dollar businesses, led transformative
operational changes, and spoken to numerous audiences about how to create successful
teams, employee engagement, and many more topics. Her passion for helping others realize
their potential and achieve their dreams drives her work.
