Born out of The Sustainability Collective, a weekly meetup of students and community members coming together to discuss sustainability related topics while crafting together, SOUPS is a magazine that features pictures, poetry, art, essays, local resources, and stories related to sustainability, activism, social justice, and everything in between. Their goal is to use the power of collective craft to help students become community organizers while amplifying their passions to contribute to the larger local, state, national, and global revolution that will expand past their college careers. 

The Sustainability Collective is a cozy weekly community meetup designed to foster a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and empowerment for campus sustainability through constructive conversations and art craftivism! These sessions are open to absolutely anyone, whether it’s being passionate about environmental and social justice, activism and organizing, personal empowerment, or simply wishing to learn more.
